This policy explains what we collect when you book, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We use your details only to arrange your appointment — never for marketing, and never shared with anyone else.
What we collect
Your name, telephone number, WhatsApp number where given, email address where given, the service you chose, the date and time, your service location and any address details you supply for a visit, your preferred contact method, and any instructions you add.
Why we collect it
Only to arrange and carry out your appointment: to confirm it, to reach your location, to contact you about changes, to remind you before the appointment, and to keep an accurate record of completed and cancelled bookings.
Your consent
The booking form cannot be submitted until you tick the consent box. You can withdraw consent by cancelling your booking or contacting us.
Who can see your information
The business owner, and the team member assigned to your appointment — nobody else. Customers cannot see other customers' bookings. To view your own booking you must give both your reference number and the telephone number used to book.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept as a business record of work carried out. You may ask for your customer record to be removed at any time.
